If you would like to return or exchange the item, contact us within 14 days after delivery by sending us an e-mail at hello@ashgeneration.com
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Ship via courier or post office of your choice and within 24 hours inform us about the shipment of the goods by indicating the shipment number and which courier service the shipment was sent by.
Return / exchange costs are not reimbursed.
